Custom Pet Portraits

What You’ll Receive:

Each pet portrait is digitally painted in a realistic style using your reference photos, then printed on high-quality paper and delivered ready to frame. You’ll work directly with me from sketch to final print.

How It Works

  • Fill out the commission form with reference photos and details

  • I’ll confirm your request and estimated timeline within 1–2 days

  • Invoice #1 (50% deposit) will be sent — payment secures your spot

  • You’ll receive a round of sketch options for approval. The sketch phase focuses on layout, composition, pose, and overall structure. Sketches are typically grayscale or line-based and do not include final colors or details. (If you have strong preferences for background tones or color mood, feel free to mention them when submitting your request. Final colors will be based on your reference photos)

  • One round of sketch revisions included (additional changes will incur a fee depending on scope)

  • Once approved, Invoice #2 (remaining 50%) will be sent

  • Final artwork is completed

  • No revisions are included after the final artwork is completed

  • Once final payment is received, your artwork will be sent to print and shipped

Styles & Pricing:

Standard - Plain or soft textured background

- Head/Bust: $100

- Full Body: $150

Stylized - Fun or themed background elements for extra character and flair

- Head/Bust: $150

- Full Body: $200

Multiple Pets

I’m happy to include more than one pet in a portrait. Since every project is different, pricing for multi-pet pieces is handled on a case-by-case basis and depends on the number of pets, composition, and overall complexity.

  • Pets do not need to be in the same photo. Individual reference images are perfect as long as they are clear and well-lit.

  • Larger or multi-pet portraits take additional time to complete. Timelines will vary based on the project scale and the time of year.

  • Once I’ve reviewed your reference photos and have a clear idea of what you’re envisioning, I’ll provide a custom quote and estimated completion window before any work begins.

Print Options:

High-quality professional prints are available in the following sizes:

  • 5x7 - $10

  • 8x10 - $15

  • 11x14 - $20

  • 16x20 - $25

Additional copies are available at the same rate per size.

Shipping is not included and will be calculated based on your location.

Shipping:

All prints are shipped securely via USPS.

  • USPS First-Class Mail or Priority Mail (based on size/weight)

  • Shipping cost is calculated based on your location

  • Tracking is included

  • Your artwork will be packaged in a rigid mailer or tube and marked "Do Not Bend" for protection

Timeline:

  • Estimated turnaround: 1–2 weeks per portrait artwork

  • Add 1 week for printing after final approval

  • Shipping time varies depending on USPS delivery to your location

  • 50% deposit required to begin

  • You’ll receive a round of sketches for approval before final work begins

  • Final payment is due after sketch approval and before final rendering starts

Reference Photo Guidelines:

  • High-quality, clear, well-lit images

  • At least one photo that reflects your desired pose (sitting, laying, side view, etc.)

  • Additional front-facing and side views helpful

  • Avoid blurry or heavily filtered image

Terms & Polices:

  • 50% deposit due to begin

  • Deposits are non-refundable once sketching starts

  • 1 sketch revision included (extras: $10 each depending on scope)

  • Once the sketch is approved, no further changes are included after final artwork is completed

  • Final payment due before rendering begins

  • Artwork may be used in my portfolio and/or for promotion

  • Cancellations after sketching = forfeited deposit

    *All prices, policies, and timelines are subject to change for future bookings. If you’ve already secured a spot with a deposit, your original agreement will remain in effect.
